This policy explains what personal data Overture Demand collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. It covers both people who contact us through this website and business contacts we reach out to on behalf of our clients.
Overture Demand provides lead generation services to B2B companies. We are based in San Diego, California, United States. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, contact luke@overturedemand.com.
When you book a call with us, our scheduling provider collects:
We use this to hold the meeting, to prepare for it, and to follow up afterwards. We do not sell it. This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
Our service involves contacting businesses on behalf of our clients. To do that we process business contact information — typically a name, a business email address, a job title, a company name and a company website — obtained from publicly available sources and from research we carry out.
This data is used solely to make contact on our client’s behalf and to arrange meetings. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the engagement it was gathered for.
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own terms:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose data where we are legally required to.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly scheduler is served by Calendly and may set cookies necessary for booking to function; those are governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them.
Booking and client records are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Prospect contact data is kept for the duration of the campaign it relates to and is removed when it is no longer needed for that campaign, or sooner on request.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are on an outreach list and want to be removed, tell us and we will remove you and suppress your address from future campaigns.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion, to request a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.

Every message we send on a client’s behalf carries a way to opt out. Doing so removes you from that campaign and adds your address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again. You can also email us directly at any time and we will do the same.
Access to the systems holding this data is restricted to people who need it. Mail is sent over authenticated, encrypted connections using SPF, DKIM and DMARC. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based, so data you give us is processed in the United States. We contact businesses in the United States and Canada.
We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
