Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

This policy explains how Overture Demand fulfills orders and payments made by credit card through the payment processor Stripe.

Definitions

The following terminology applies to this Policy and to all agreements between us. “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person using this website and bound by the Company’s terms and conditions, whether stated here or in a separate written agreement. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Overture Demand. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to carry out the process of our assistance to the Client in the manner most appropriate to meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the State of California. Any use of the above terminology, or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Fulfillment

At Overture Demand we take responsibility for the services we provide and treat every complaint about them seriously. Client satisfaction is our priority. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) sets out our delivery terms and the rules governing refunds for services purchased from us. Please read it carefully so that you understand both your rights and the requirements that apply to a refund. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars, and all payments are processed by credit card through Stripe.

Delivery

Overture Demand provides lead generation services for agencies. We deliver these services electronically and telephonically, at the Client’s direction and pursuant to the Client’s requests.

Refunds

We may offer returns under the following condition:

• If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract.

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

• You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
• You were aware of, or were notified about, problems with the service before making the purchase.
• You did not like your purchase, or realized you had no use for it.
• You received the service and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Returns

Overture Demand provides services rather than goods, so no returns can be made. In certain circumstances we offer refunds, as explained above.

Cancellation

Once a contract with Overture Demand has been signed, cancellations are not permitted during its term.
